Five words. That’s how Roasted & Ready started and those five words will always be our promise to our customers: FRESH, QUALITY, ENJOYMENT, VALUE & SERVICE Fresh: The first and most important aspect in providing great food is that it is fresh. We have a fresh delivery of all ingredients every single day and everything from our meat and vegetables to our sauces and gravies are freshly prepared on the day, and then delivered to you as if you were sitting next door to the kitchen in your favourite restaurant. Quality: Right from the start of the supply chain, our meat and vegetables are sourced from local suppliers who share our passion for providing only the very best quality. Our special recipes and ingredients have been formulated by our award-winning chefs, with flavour and customer experience at the forefront of their vision. All of our meals are freshly prepared by our in-house trained chefs, under the supervision and direction of our executive chefs, to ensure that every meal is delivered to you to the highest possible quality standards. Enjoyment: Receiving feedback from our customers is the most enjoyable part of our day. All of the hard work that we put in to create and provide exquisite food is rewarded when we hear just how much it is appreciated. Your enjoyment is paramount to us and we will always strive to uphold our high standards and innovate with our menu. Value: Great food comes at a price, but we firmly believe that it should not be over-priced. We will never compromise our quality or freshness, because that would effect your enjoyment, but we work closely with our suppliers to ensure that you get the very best food at the lowest possible price. Service: Our extremely high standards of customer service starts the second we recieve your order. We process it immediately and start preparing your fresh meal, ensuring that every aspect and ingredient of your order is perfect. Whilst some of our delicious meals require longer preparation and cooking time than others, our aim is always to have it leaving our premises within 30 minutes of receiving the order, and to have you enjoying it within 45 minutes. Roasted & Ready was established by five friends (two chefs, a butcher, a business analyst and a sales & marketing professional) during the Covid 19 lockdown of 2020. Whilst all from different walks of life, the founders of the business share a passion for good food, cooked to perfection and shared with family and friends. The lockdown presented hardships for so many people in so many different ways, and we were determined to bring some happiness and enjoyment back into what we previously took for granted. A few drinks over Zoom meetings later, and Roasted & Ready was founded with a clear vision to deliver premium restaurant quality food to our customers. First and foremost, our mission is to use the freshest and finest local ingredients to create exquisite meals. - that’s a given and something we will never compromise on. The challenge is then to ensure that our food arrives with our customer in perfect condition, as if it had been carried on a plate from a kitchen to a table in a restaurant. To do this, we invest in the best quality packaging to keep our food hot whilst preventing it from drying out or becoming sweaty. Each individual order is prepared fresh and then despatched immediately in our thermal delivery bags to maintain the heat and freshness. By doing this, and employing our own delivery drivers, your food will arrive in a condition as if it had been plated and carried to your table from the kitchen next door.
